- Shipping & Delivery
- All items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. If for any reason the item you ordered is on backorder you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours. BoldLeather will offer a full refund should your item be on backorder and you choose to not wait for stock to arrive. Once an item has shipped it is bound to the BoldLeather Returns policy.
- Privacy & Security
- BoldLeather will never sell or give away your personal information to any 3rd party.
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns must be sent back within 30 days from invoice date and must have a RMA number on the returning box. An RMA number can be aquired byt contacting us through livehelp or via an email to sales@boldleather.com. Returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee if returned after the 30 days. If an item is received damaged BoldLeather will replace the item(s) with the same item(s). All damage reports must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). All exchanges must have all original tags attached and be in perfect condition. Exchanges are bound by the same conditions as returns.
- Ordering
- Order status will be updated as information becomes available about the current status. It may take up to 24 to 48 hours to provide updates depending on currently available information.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- BoldLeather account holders will be receive emails at various times with promotional codes for even bigger savings on the products you want and need. Promotional codes may not apply to clearance or sale items.
- Viewing Orders
- Order status can be checked in your account or by transaction Id. Keep all transactional emails until your order has arrived and has been checked for any damage.
- Updating Account Information
- Keeping your account updated will prevent and eliminate additional fees caused by shipping error(s). Please be sure to double check your information. Keeping your account information up to date will keep you in to loop for promotions and discount coupons.
